Omlet (Omelette)
Baked Omelette with Courgette
One of 15 versions of Omlet (Omelette). The table below shows how their ingredients differ.
Ingredients
- 2 piece courgette
- 100 gram minced meat
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 2-3 tablespoon water
- half water glass (200 ml) kaşar cheese · grated
- half bunch dill
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 8 piece egg
- 1 dessert spoon salt
- half teaspoon black pepper
- half teaspoon chilli flakes
How to make it
Open in kitchen mode-
Wash the courgettes and grate them.
-
Put the butter in a non-stick pan.
-
Add the minced meat and the grated courgettes and fry them.
-
Add the water and leave it over a low heat until it has absorbed the liquid.
-
Add the finely chopped dill, the salt, the chilli flakes and the black pepper and take the pan off the heat.
-
Beat the eggs with a pinch of salt.
-
Put the sunflower oil in a non-stick pan.
-
Take a ladleful of the beaten egg and cook it in the pan on both sides.
-
Repeat until the egg mixture is used up.
-
Fill the omelettes with the mixture you have prepared.
-
Arrange them on a lightly greased tray.
-
Scatter grated kaşar cheese over them.
-
Bake in an oven preheated to 200 degrees until the cheese has melted.
-
Take it out of the oven and serve hot.
Keep the omelettes thin; a thick omelette breaks as it is filled. One ladleful of filling is enough for one omelette.
