How to make it
Open in kitchen mode-
Put the egg, the yoghurt, the sunflower oil, the vinegar, the flour and the cocoa in a deep bowl.
-
Knead them well until you have a soft dough.
-
Wrap it in foil and let it rest for half an hour.
-
Tear 15 balls from the dough.
-
Sift 1 water glass of cornflour together with 1 water glass of cocoa.
-
Roll the balls out larger than the tray.
-
Grease the tray; melt the butter and the margarine.
-
Set three of the sheets aside and cut each of the others into four pieces.
-
Lay two layers in the tray and drizzle fat over them.
-
Scatter some of the chocolate and walnut filling after every four layers.
-
Carry on drizzling fat every two layers and adding filling every four, until only the uncut sheets are left.
-
Lay the whole sheets on top and drizzle the remaining fat over them.
-
Turning the tray as you go, cut it into whatever shape you like.
-
Put it into a hot preheated oven, then turn the oven down to 150 degrees.
-
Bake until the top is golden.
-
Meanwhile, boil the water and the sugar to make the syrup; add the lemon juice once it is off the heat.
-
Drizzle the hot syrup over the baklava while it is still hot from the oven.
-
Serve once it has drunk up the syrup.
